- The exchange/return policies are eligible with product(s) purchased from WDC Online Store only.
- Delivery, installation and other fees are non-refundable.
- Case inspection processing will be approximate 15 working days upon full details provided and the result will be informed accordingly.
- All exchange/return product request due to its quality must be investigated. WDC Online Store reserves the right of claim declination according to terms and conditions
- If product installation is completed and the claim reason is not due to product quality, WDC Online Store reserves the right to reject exchange/return.

Channels for the Change-Return of Product
Returns/exchanges of products will be accepted if customer sends request within 14 days after product delivery. If available product(s), we will delivery within 7-14 working days. In case it is out of stock, we will offer substitute product or cancel the purchasing.
Upon receiving change-return confirmation from WDC Online Store, the customer has 2 options as follows:
- Returning item(s) back to WDC Warehouse
- Returning through WDC’s vehicle, we provide the service of returned product delivery but transportation fee is required.
